My interests are running, going to the gym, friends and music!!! This blog is about living a healthy life. Going to the gym and eating clean. I will post my recipes, healthy inspiration, motivation, my own workouts if requested, and people want to read.
I want this blog to motivate others to start living a healthy life, as that is the best way of living. Whether you just want to feel better, both mentally and physically or to lose weight. Diets and crash diets dont work, the only thing which will last, and help keep the kilos off is eating clean and healthy (Balance and moderation) and exercise.
I am not a nutrionist, a dietiest or a PT. I am just a girl, but i am very knowledgeable.
I was diagnosed with anorexia when i was 14 years old, but my weird eating habits started when i was 12. Ive been in several different psych hospital, eating disorder clinic etc and have been in a wheel chair, and had to have tube feeding due to my low body weight. But i still felt awful in my body, i hated myself and the way i looked. I’ve purged, self harmed and tried to commit suicide. But after so many years of struggling with my ED. I am recovered from anorexia. And i can say that i like my body, and i love food.

I love running and going to the gym, and i feel so great working out. and i love eating clean and healthy. Many may think that this is still part of an ED, but i live a healthy life because i chose it. Because it makes me feel good, both physically and mentally.
