Hello! 🙂

First off i want to say thank you for visiting my blog, and actually taking your time to visit my About Me page!

My interests are running, going to the gym, friends and music!!! This blog is about living a healthy life. Going to the gym and eating clean. I will post my recipes, healthy inspiration, motivation, my own workouts if requested, and people want to read.

I want this blog to motivate others to start living a healthy life, as that is the best way of living. Whether you just want to feel better, both mentally and physically or to lose weight. Diets and crash diets dont work, the only thing which will last, and help keep the kilos off is eating clean and healthy (Balance and moderation) and exercise.

I am not a nutrionist, a dietiest or a PT. I am just a girl, but i am very knowledgeable.

I was diagnosed with anorexia when i was 14 years old, but my weird eating habits started when i was 12. Ive been in several different psych hospital, eating disorder clinic etc and have been in a wheel chair, and had to have tube feeding due to my low body weight. But i still felt awful in my body, i hated myself and the way i looked. I’ve purged, self harmed and tried to commit suicide. But after so many years of struggling with my ED. I am recovered from anorexia. And i can say that i like my body, and i love food.

^^^Picture on the left i was very sick with anorexia. Picture on the right, my healthy weight and almost recovered from anorexia.

I love running and going to the gym, and i feel so great working out. and i love eating clean and healthy. Many may think that this is still part of an ED, but i live a healthy life because i chose it. Because it makes me feel good, both physically and mentally.

Hopefully you will continue to read my blog, and there is ever any questions, feel free to comment or just send a message and say Hi!

  2. Hi there! I’m Sue, and I’m from SlimKicker, a fitness/diet app and website. I saw your blog yesterday and it captured my interest!

I was wondering if we can do a giveaway for your blog readers?

Our website basically turns people’s fitness/diet goals into a level up game with challenges such as quitting soda for a week. We’re looking for new challenge ideas, so was thinking of holding a contest where your readers leave a comment on a health challenge idea + sign up on our site

We’ll pick our favorite challenge idea, use it on our site, and give the winner either a free digital health scale, slow cooker, or digital heart monitor. We’ve done many giveaways for bloggers in the past – you can google ‘SlimKicker giveaway’ to see. I also encourage you to sign up for our site to see what we’re about too 🙂

Let me know if you’re interested! You can email me back at sue.zheng (at) slimkicker (dot) com.

  3. Hey I love your blog! I just made a blog and I’m using the same theme as you and I’m just wondering how you got that picture up the top to be your own instead of the default ones? Did you buy the customisable theme? Thanks!xx

  5. Hi!
You are an amazing girl and keep up the good work! Your story is an inspiration to many people especially those who have eating disorders. I was a bulimic before so I really felt what you were going through…

  6. Hi there, I find you so inspirational from what you’ve over come and feel so happy for you in your new healthy life! I’ve sort of gone through the same thing apart from I didn’t have anerexia, I just became seriously underweight from not eating enough and over exercising. I’m healthy now however id just like to know if when you were anerexic if your periods stopped? If they did have they come back now you’re a healthy weight? I know this is quite personal but I’m just wondering if they stop due to underweight x
